....to dance in the rain means you have to let yourself "rest" in the moment..... and not let it hurry by... to stop and smell the raindrops, to feel them touching your face and to splash in the puddles.
It means enjoying every moment in life, and not letting it pass you by.To learn to look at life in a half-full way.
