Fall is here

It still feels like summer, but fall is officially here. I plan to try to get to several festivals (in Ark.) and decorate for the fall/thanksgiving.

I'm so excited. For the first time in years. Not sure why...lol...maybe it will be the first time in seven years my life doesn't revolve around newspaper/publishing....lol...a good feeling.

(Strange feeling though).

A few, fun pictures from my weekend. Enjoy.

Five little pumpkins sitting on the bed....
(I Photoshop'd this a bit - Flourescent Chalk action...kinda fun)

Call me "count pumpkin"...
Also photoshop'd - with a Sepia action...love the effect on the white pumpkin.

Took this picture of this little one, having an "end of the summer" kool-aid stand. She told me she's been having them all summer, to save money for toys....
Ah, I love the innocence of a five year old....
Here's the pic just "kaylea'd" aka - lightened, cropped and sharpened...

Here's the pic a few more times, with some new actions I just invested in...
From Nina and Carla at Oscraps.com. How fun.
What an interesting "look" they create. You can do so much, artistically, in Photoshop. I'm still just cracking the surface.

I love how this looks like a pastel chalk drawing....too fun

More Pumpkins....

White pumpkins...who knew?
